City Venue Management (CVM) is now hiring Casual Swim Teachers and Lifeguards across the Scenic Rim region for the Summer Season.

These are casual roles with regular shifts throughout the summer months, so we’re looking for people who can commit consistently and bring energy, reliability, and passion to every shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver fun, engaging swim lessons for kids of all ages
• Help young swimmers build confidence and essential skills
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for families
  
  

• Keep our pools, customers, and community safe
• Maintain high safety and supervision standards
• Support venue operations and ensure a great experience for all visitors
