These are casual positions with regular shifts available. We’re looking for reliable team members who can commit consistently and bring energy, professionalism, and a safety-first mindset to every shift.

🌊 The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

No experience? No worries! If you love working with children and are willing to gain your qualifications, we’d love to hear from you.

🏊‍♀️ Swim Teachers:

• Deliver fun, engaging swim lessons for children of all ages
• Build water confidence and essential life skills
• Promote water safety in every lesson
• Create a welcoming and positive experience for families

🛟 Lifeguards:

• Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons
• Provide supervision of aquatic areas
• Respond to first aid situations and emergencies
• Deliver outstanding customer service on pool deck

💻 Customer Service:

• Welcome members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Process bookings and payments
• Support program enrolments and general enquiries
• Help create a warm, inclusive environment for our community

Swim Teachers:

• Swim and Water Safety Teacher Qualification
• Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• First Aid & CPR

Lifeguards & Customer Service:

• Pool Lifeguard Award
