Tobruk Memorial Baths is seeking a hands-on Café & Kitchen Manager to oversee our café operations while enjoying the unique atmosphere of a busy swim and recreation centre.

What you’ll do:

• Manage day-to-day café and kitchen operations with a focus on quality and service

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard

• Lead, train, and support your team to deliver excellent service

• Handle cash management, stock control, and daily sales performance

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards

• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the CVM team

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a café, hospitality, or kitchen leadership role

• Current Food Safety Certification

• Strong knowledge of café service and commercial kitchen operations

• Great communication and organisational skills

• Blue Card, CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a busy environment
