📋 Key Responsibilities

• Welcome all patrons to the facility with an energetic and helpful attitude
• Ensure the smooth operation of daily administration processes at reception
• Respond to swim school enquiries via email, phone, and in person
• Assist customers with bookings, memberships, and visit passes
• Promote and upsell swim programs, memberships, and retail items
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors

📌 Requirements (or willingness to obtain)

• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Swim and Water Safety Teacher Qualification
• Pool Lifeguard Award

If you’re looking to pick up more hours, there are swim teacher shifts available also!

While experience is preferred, we welcome applications from people who are eager to learn, love working with families and children, and enjoy being part of a supportive team environment.
