• Lead day-to-day cafe operations

• Ensure consistent coffee quality & workflow efficiency

• Train, support, and supervise barista & FOH staff

• Manage stock and ordering

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across the café

• Take ownership of the customer experience from first hello to last sip

• Previous experience as a Senior or Head Barista

• Confident leading and training staff

• Calm, organised, and reliable

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Available for early mornings, weekends, and peak times
